ZOE REYNOLDS

A Sydney-based artist and writer, I have been documenting over 10 years how rising sea levels are impacting on Australia's coastal & island communities.

I have also journeyed by river & by foot into the Indonesian rainforests of Sumatra and Kalimantan, Borneo to photograph the orang-utan & their  habitat endangered by logging, palm oil plantations & mining; camped in the  endangared forests of Takayna, Tasmania & the fire ravaged southern Kangaroo Island

In my most recent exhibition I layer AI and location shoots in Beirut and Sydney to help us imagine what war would be like here in Australia.

My images have featured on ABC News24, HeadOn Photo Festival & the Walkleys slide night.

Exhibiting GalleryEast, Sydney. Fine Art Gallery, Kangaroo Island, 55 Buckingham Street, Surry Hills, Gadagal

With four decades working in media & the arts, my work shifts between photojournalism, documentary and fine art photography - from analogue to AI.
